This peaberry coffee is produced by a co-op of 235 smallholder farmers in the Mbozi district. The co-op recently upgraded their washing stations to allow for a more controlled and consistent process of the coffee. This allows the co-op to get a better price on international markets.
It is roasted to a medium level to accentuate the almond and chocolate notes and to reduce the acidity.
