El Salvador Orange Bourbon

This specialty coffee from Finca El Molino in El Salvador is our highest customer-rated coffee!  It is definitely a crowd-pleaser.  

I've found it to be very versatile, producing an enjoyable cup of coffee using various brewing methods from a Chemex to a Hario iced coffee.  The aroma is sweet and full of floral notes and the flavor is bright and citrusy.   

Preparation Recommendations:  16:1 water-to-coffee ratio.  Works great as an iced coffee.
