Costa Rica Tarrazu La Pastora SHB EP

This is an unassuming cup of coffee that will make a great, every-day drinker. I roast it just to the brink of second crack (a medium roast) in order to emphasize more of the heavier, chocolate and caramel flavors. The medium roast preserves some of the lighter flavors of citrus fruit.
