Full of chocolate and vanilla flavors, this coffee is sure to please.  If you're looking for a smooth and sweet coffee with a deep, complex flavor, you won't be disappointed with this Costa Rican.

Cerro Paldo is in the Tarrazu region, which is known for great coffees.  Owned by Ronald Monge Valverde, the farm has been in the family for three generations and has produced award-winning coffees and this crop has earned 92.4 points by International Jury.

Preparation Recommendations:  For the Cerro Paldo, I like to up-dose it a bit by using a 16:1 water-to-coffee ratio.  To truly experience the full body, a french press or a metal cone filter (like theAble Kone) is recommended.
